Carefully pack your titanium frame or components in the original shipping crate or box, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent transit damage.
Ship Your Item
Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked courier service to our UK workshop, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Our master technicians will inspect the item for integrity and condition before processing your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
